Nuts ’n Found is a Third-Person Platformer in which you have to travel through a dark abandoned house Lighting up the lanterns to see and avoid the dangers that are in the house to find all the lost nuts.
I worked on creating the Menu’s and the UI of the game I used my research into UI to learn the best way to showcase health to the player and created a design which would be able to be easily changed in case the amount of health the player had were to be changed.

Level Design
My Level Designs were made with the main goal of Introducing the player to a new feature. In addition to this I created the Levels keeping in mind that we were going to add procedural generation to the game. Which unfortunately wasn’t able to be implemented.
Planning
We made a planning which focused on a sprint and stand-ups in which we would tell what work had been done and what we would work on today.
Research
Research has been performed into Third Person Platformer games to find out what kind of UI they had and what rules were used for making a good UI. Subsequently I created a Health bar UIUI with the rules I had observed being used in other Third Person Platformers.
Experience of the Project
Throughout this project I learned more about UI design and how to create menus and a player HUD. In addition to this I learned about creating Level Designs that could be used in procedural generation.
